Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:30, using keyless digital entry so you can arrive independently. Early or late access can be arranged by contacting us before your stay.

Howburn Residence is in a c.1900 building with no lift; assistance can be arranged, so please contact us before booking if you need step-free access. The Residences Queen's Highlands has a lift to all floors. The Residences Union Street is accessed by stairs; please contact us before booking so we can advise on the floor.

Howburn Residence: free parking in our lot about 0.1 miles away. The Residences Queen's Highlands: secure, allocated underground parking. The Residences Union Street: free secure parking a short walk away, by prior arrangement before arrival.

We are pet-friendly, although certain breeds are excluded. Please contact us before booking to check.

All communal areas are covered by CCTV and all communal entry points are secured by double security doors.

Yes. Our serviced apartments are the full self-catering homes described throughout this site, and they double as flexible serviced accommodation in Aberdeen for extended stays. Stay a project week, a multi-week contract, or several months across our three city-centre and West End locations, with housekeeping from 8 nights, full kitchens, superfast Wi-Fi, and tiered rates that adjust to your length of stay.

Can I book a whole building?

Yes. The Residences Union Street can be booked for exclusive use as a private residence: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, with no other guests in the building and a maximum of 8 guests. Enquire via our Contact page.
